Why we collect it: to evaluate fit for a diagnostic, reply to your request, and provide follow-up options.
How we process it: submissions are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted intake endpoint and stored server-side for internal review.
Email use: we send a submission confirmation and may contact you about diagnostic next steps. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list from workflow-brief submission alone.
Retention: we retain workflow-brief records only as long as needed for triage, response, compliance, and operational records.
